Small in number. Serious in craft.
Brunswick West’s strength & movement cell, bound by one philosophy: to bring out your personal best.
We follow a movement philosophy.
Just like the lore, at Hydra we look to empower you with the knowledge to reach the peak of your health — and maintain it for years to come. We help you understand your body and use it in new ways: teaching you to handstand, build upper-body strength and lift weights.
Our classes look nothing like pilates, body-pump or bootcamp. Small classes mean we tailor everything to each student’s needs. You’ll push your limits in new and fun ways while we look after you — so you come away not with injuries, but feeling more in tune with yourself.
