Do I need experience to join a class?
Not at all. Every program scales from complete beginner to seasoned athlete — our coaches adjust each session to your level and guide you through technique step by step.
What should I bring to my first session?
Just comfortable training gear, a water bottle and a towel. Arrive about 10 minutes early so your coach can introduce you to the space and the session.
How often should I train to see results?
Most members train 2–4 times a week. Consistency matters more than intensity — your coach will help you find a rhythm that fits your lifestyle and goals.
Is my first session really free?
Yes. Your first class is completely free — no card, no pressure. Come try a session, meet the coaches and see if Hydra is right for you.
